TALIA H. SIEGEL
Talia H. Siegel has experience representing large and small businesses in a variety of transactional matters, including drafting and negotiation of service, license, strategic partnership, consulting and other agreements, and providing general counsel advice. Ms. Siegel began her career at the law firm, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, continued in-house as Deputy General Counsel of DoubleClick Inc., where she managed the legal aspects of the company's international technology practice and helped run, build and develop the legal department, and has since been working independently and through Axiom Legal representing technology and start-up clients.
MELANIE GIRTON
Melanie Girton is an experienced business lawyer who has counseled clients of every size. She focuses on digital media advice, commercial contract negotiations and general counsel services to developing organizations. She began as a corporate associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where she acquired high-caliber training in a broad range of corporate matters before she moved to practice in-house for Warner Music Group Inc. In that role she assisted with employment, privacy, digital licensing, joint ventures and numerous other matters. Since 2003, Ms. Girton has practiced independently and through Axiom Legal for fashion, media, financial services and other clients on a wide variety of concerns.
